John Repaer goes on a journey to collect as many souls as he can. But, when the human souls overwealm him, he starts losing his mind and whatever is left of him. It drives him to a breaking point where he must decide how to get rid of them or suffer from Reaper Madness.

In the Twisted Tales Realm, the Twisted King was preparing for the ultimate holiday event: Halloween, where all the twisted realm creatures and himself could walk the earth and create terror. But, he remembered that one human destroyed his chances at turning earth evil. So he cooks up a plan to travel back in time and destroy that human as a baby so he can't foil the plans. The human hears of this though and travels back in time to save himself and battle the Twisted King and hopefully trap him inside the light of No Return.

The Twisted Realm King returns to his throne in the sequel to the Twisted Tales Original Movie. This time, he wants revenge on the human boy for trapping him in the Light of No Return.
